Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after your payment has been successfully received.
Orders are not processed, packed, or shipped on weekends or public holidays.
During peak periods, promotions, or holidays, processing times may be slightly longer. If there is a significant delay, we will contact you via email.
Shipping Time
Once your order has been dispatched, delivery typically takes 8–11 business days, depending on your location within South Africa.
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors beyond our control, including courier delays, weather conditions, or high shipping volumes.
Shipping Confirmation & Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking information (where available).
Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to become active.
Shipping Areas
We currently deliver throughout South Africa.
At this time, we do not offer international shipping.
Shipping Costs
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and the size or weight of your order.
Any promotional free shipping offers will be clearly displayed on our website when available.
Delivery Information
Please ensure that your shipping address and contact details are accurate before completing your purchase.
Pets and You cannot be held responsible for delays or additional costs resulting from incorrect or incomplete delivery information provided by the customer.
Delayed Deliveries
While we work closely with our courier partners to ensure timely delivery, unexpected delays may occasionally occur.
If your order has not arrived within the expected delivery timeframe, please contact us and we will gladly investigate the shipment on your behalf.
Lost or Damaged Parcels
If your parcel arrives damaged or appears to have been lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date.
Where applicable, we may request photographs of the package and its contents to assist with our investigation and resolve the matter as quickly as possible.
Multiple Shipments
In some cases, your order may be shipped in separate parcels to ensure faster delivery. If this happens, you will be notified, and tracking information will be provided where available.
